Returns
There are no returns for SolSupps products that have been opened by the customer. If the product arrives damaged (ripped, broken, or torn open) we will offer to send a replacement, or give a full refund.
Cancellations
Cancellations must occur before the product is shipped out. The order cannot be cancelled after you get an email with a tracking number.
Refunds
There are no full refunds for SOLSupps orders that have already been opened and used. A full refund will be issued if it arrives with damage to the packaging, or if you cancel before the order is shipped. First orders will be eligible for partial refunds, but any subsequent orders are ineligible.
Shipping
For domestic orders, typically shipping times are 5-7 days.
If you input an incorrect address or other incorrect information and the package is unable to be delivered and returned to us as a result, you will have to pay shipping to have it resent to you.
Does SolSupps offer international shipping?
Right now we are only directly shipping to the UK, at a flat rate of $28. We had to suspend shipping to all other countries due to import fees and taxes that customers were refusing to pay. If you'd like to order internationally, use stackry.com to do so. If you refuse to pay import fees we are not responsible for refunding or otherwise ameliorating your shipment. We have no control over the import fees of whatever country you are ordering to and if you don't pay them your shipment won't be allowed in.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?
The final shipping cost is dependent on the total weight and size of your package(s), your carrier of choice, and destination. How long can I store my purchases with Stackry?
Stackry will secure purchases in your personalized locker free of charge for up to 45 days. Storage fees will apply after 45 days.
Are customs and duties included with my Stackry shipping price?
Your Stackry parcel forwarding costs do not include additional taxes or custom fees. Duties and taxes vary by country. If you would like to know more about the duties and taxes in your country, please check with your local customs office website.
Does Stackry open my packages?
Yes, Stackry opens all packages to inspect the contents for dangerous goods, prohibited/restricted items, and damages.
