Returns

There are no returns for SolSupps products that have been opened by the customer. If the product arrives damaged (ripped, broken, or torn open) we will offer to send a replacement, or give a full refund.

Cancellations

Cancellations must occur before the product is shipped out. The order cannot be cancelled after you get an email with a tracking number.

Refunds

There are no full refunds for SOLSupps orders that have already been opened and used. A full refund will be issued if it arrives with damage to the packaging, or if you cancel before the order is shipped. First orders will be eligible for partial refunds, but any subsequent orders are ineligible. 

Shipping

International orders will be charged a flat rate depending on the country: Right now we are only shipping to the UK, at a flat rate of $28. We had to suspend shipping to all other countries due to import fees and taxes that customers were refusing to pay. If you'd like to order internationally, use stackry.com or MyUS.com to do so. If you refuse to pay import fees we are not responsible for refunding or otherwise ameliorating your shipment. We have no control over the import fees of whatever country you are ordering to and if you don't pay them your shipment won't be allowed in. 

For domestic orders, typically shipping times are 5-7 days. For international orders typical shipping times are 14-21 days.

If you input an incorrect address or other incorrect information and the package is unable to be delivered and returned to us as a result, you will have to pay shipping to have it resent to you.
