SOL SUPPS MAGNESIUM: an essential mineral involved in hundreds of reactions in the body, it is known as the ‘master stress mineral’ due to it helping to calm the body and mind overall.
Sol Supps Magnesium is a blend of Magnesium Glycinate and Magnesium Taurate.
NOTE: Our Magnesium is very pure and powerful, so when taking it for the first time we recommend you start with a single capsule and work your way up to larger doses. Even when taking a full dose, it's best to spread it out over the day (2 at breakfast, 2 at lunch, 2 at dinner, for example).
