Really improved my sleep and made a night and day difference in back pain literally overnight. Woke up and felt like I had a brand new back!
Wow!! I only take half the dose and notice a huge difference after just 3 weeks. My anxiety levels have decreased tremendously!! I take them every night before bed with water and the next morning I’m able to go to bathroom at 9:00AM on the dot every day…..I was only going 1X a week prior to taking this supplement. I’m impressed. Oh and let’s not forget to mention I sleep through the night. I’m getting wonderful sleep and I have no issues falling asleep.

Helps me sleep like a baby, along with their glycine. I only take 2 capsules though, it's extremely strong and when I take 3 or more it gives me a slight upset stomach.
Great product but a bit expensive considering the other options out there. Although this might technically be slightly lower toxicity-wise than other products, it’s tough to justify buying over some other much cheaper slightly less pure products. If your budget isn’t an issue it’s a great supplement.
